Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
UK – items delivered within 3 – 5 working days.
Europe – items delivered within 7 – 10 working days.
Rest of World – items delivered within 10 – 14 working days. Petals Discount Lingerie are not responsible for any import duties/taxes that may be levied at the point of delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for items on delivery.
Postage fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and postage fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
Shipping bags/boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID SITUATION, SOME INTERNATATIONAL ORDERS ARE TAKING MUCH LONGER THAN USUAL TO BE DELIVERED. PLEASE REFER TO THE TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIDED AFTER YOUR ORDER.
Returns
SALE items on this website are from past seasons collections no longer stocked in our high street shop. All items are new and unworn, although some are without tags as they are easily pulled off when searching through storage boxes. Please ensure you are happy with the size/item/brand/colour before purchasing.
For hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns of:
- Lingerie (knickers, bras, suspenders)
- Swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits)
Accessories such as wraps and pareos can be returned, with the following conditions applied:
If you wish to return an item, please inform us before doing so, with a reason for the return. Item(s) must be returned to us, unworn, in their original state including garment tags. On receipt of returned items, you will be issued with a credit voucher to the value of the items, which can be used against your next purchase.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All products in this store are SALE items and returns are dealt with on a credit voucher basis only.
To return your item, send to: Petals of Hexham, 6 – 8 Market Street, Hexham, Northumberland, NE46 3NU, UK. Please do not take any items to Petals of Hexham store in person as refunds/exchanges can not be done in-store, and the correct returns procedure must be followed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is our error (incorrect item sent for example). If you receive a credit voucher, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
